Based near Zacapu, Mexico, CelPack was a division of KoSa which manufactured cellulose based meat casing products. The business was purchased from KoSa’s parent, Koch Industries, in 2003 and integrated into Teepak, LLC in 2004. We exited in 2006 via the sale to Viscofan. Lake Pacific realized an IRR in excess of 50% on its investment.
